Turning scattered marketing activity
into organized systems.
CRM workflows, funnel visibility, lead follow-up, campaign coordination, and execution support for service-based businesses and remote marketing teams that need structure, not just activity.
Based in the Philippines. Available full-time for US, UK, and AU-based teams.
I work at the intersection of CRM, marketing systems, and remote execution, bringing structure to the parts of marketing that are often scattered, manual, or undocumented.
I configure GoHighLevel and HubSpot CRM pipelines to match how leads move through a business, from initial inquiry to follow-up, booking, and close. I set up stages, automations, forms, and fields so nothing slips through the gaps.

I help remote marketing teams run more predictably by documenting workflows, building campaign trackers, coordinating execution across tools and team members, and making sure the plan on paper matches what gets done.

I manage WordPress sites for content publishing and SEO performance, including on-page optimization, GSC monitoring, keyword tracking, and content pipeline coordination from research to published post.

I build reporting structures that make campaign performance easier to understand, including GA4 dashboards, keyword ranking reports, ad performance summaries, and campaign trackers that connect activity to results.

I use AI tools to speed up documentation, research, and workflow design, with human review built into every step. The output is checked, structured, and ready to hand off.

A private aviation service brand needed a complete digital system, from first contact to confirmed booking. This demo build shows the full setup I designed and tested in a live GoHighLevel environment.
Configured a GoHighLevel sub-account with a landing page, lead capture form, calendar booking system, email follow-up sequence, and pipeline with stage-based automation. Connected the inquiry path from form submission through booking confirmation to post-booking follow-up.
End-to-end funnel capability: CRM configuration, landing page setup, booking automation, follow-up logic, and reporting visibility, all built in a real platform environment.

A dental practice needed a clearer way to manage marketing execution across agency campaigns, GHL, funnel activity, front desk handoffs, and leadership reporting. The main challenge was not only generating leads, but understanding where qualified leads were getting delayed, dropped, or failing to convert into booked and shown patients.
Developed a 13-slide Marketing Operations Execution Plan that mapped the patient journey, diagnosed common conversion friction points, defined the coordination layer, and created practical tracker frameworks for agency deliverables, funnel QA, front desk experience, conversion issues, action items, and weekly leadership summaries.
The ability to translate an agency brief into a structured marketing operations system that connects strategy, CRM and funnel visibility, team accountability, and leadership decision-making. The deliverable shows how marketing activity can be organized into clear trackers, QA checks, action items, and reporting views that support better patient conversion.

Grouped by function — with a note on what I actually use each group for.
I spent 18+ years at SABIC, a Saudi-based Fortune Global 500 petrochemical company, supporting senior leadership in executive administration, documentation, coordination, and reporting. That experience gave me something most marketing specialists do not have: corporate-grade discipline in documentation, structured follow-through, and executive-level communication. Those habits now shape how I approach every marketing operations system I build.
Since 2021, I've applied that foundation to remote marketing work, including CRM configuration, lead funnel builds, SEO content publishing, campaign coordination, and workflow documentation for service-based businesses. OpsFlowPH is my personal systems lab where I continue to build, document, and refine marketing operations workflows. It reflects how I think about structured execution, and it is separate from my availability for full-time remote roles.
I work from a dedicated home office in the Philippines with a 400Mbps fiber connection, generator backup, dual monitors, noise-cancelling headset, and HD webcam. I maintain reliable overlap hours with US, UK, and AU-based teams and am fully set up for asynchronous collaboration.
I'm available for full-time remote roles and select project engagements with US, UK, and AU-based teams. Let's connect.
